Hypnosis is a very effective, proven and nontoxic method which can deliver freedom. For more than 30 years, the
health industry has been accepting hypnosis as a legitimate approach towards a variety of health problems. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind (like daydreaming) speaking to our most inner mind – your subconscious. It is in a realm of everyone’s capability – you would be surprised to learn how often we are hypnotized. It’s a way to have a conversation with our minds to eliminate old habits, patterns, and behaviors that can generate new and empowering results.
Hypnotherapy has been successfully used by millions to lose weight, quit smoking, and improve memory, become more successful and so much more. Hypnosis has also been used as a complete anesthesia, in both childbirth and surgery, that uses absolutely no chemicals, and so has no side-effects.
Does hypnosis really work?
Absolutely, yes!!! When you were young, did you ever play a game
that required you to pretend, like Cops and Robbers or have a
Tea party with your stuff animals? That's actively using
your imagination to create something in your mind to achieve a
different state. As adults, we use hypnosis all the time
when we imagine ourselves in the future, read a book, or watch a
movie. It allows us to tap into our unconscious mind to
process different states and emotions by using past experiences
as a reference.
Can everyone be hypnotized?
Again, yes, yes, yes!! If you have the ability to imagine
ANYTHING using your different senses (visual, feelings,
tasting, auditory) and willing to accept suggestions - then
you can be hypnotize.
