My name is Anne Visessung Bauerlein. I have been studying people’s beliefs systems for years using tools such as NLP, hypnosis, art therapy, meditation and other Holistic Health modalities. I am passionate about people's beliefs because my own personal beliefs have taken me on twist and turns throughout my life. There have been times that I realized that my beliefs did not serve any positive purpose, but I still managed to believe it. More importantly I discovered that those negative beliefs weren’t even mine to begin with. What I mean by that is that I followed a particular belief back in my mind’s eye and discovered that I had heard someone else say it and somehow I decided to just believe it without any real evidence that it was true. Luckily, I learned that by altering or changing my belief about a particular situation or idea, I can move in a positive direction whenever I feel "stuck".
When I began my journey with helping people accomplish a goal such as weight loss, public speaking, creating relationships, and letting go of negative emotions, I discovered a common theme. The underline common theme was that they did not believe they mattered in life. This insight helped me understand that belief about self worth was critical in accomplishing any goal. So thus I began to work with people to explore their beliefs to help them improve their quality of life and to help them accomplish their desired goals.
