What is Coaching?
Coaching is a professional partnership between the coach and client that's focused on helping you achieve your goals and make changes in your life.

The coach recognizes you as an individual capable of making the best decisions for your life. The coach’s role is to help you build a practical framework for making decisions and taking action, while also supporting and motivating you.

A coach does not "fix" you, provide therapy, or tell you what to do. Using tools and exercises tailored to your unique needs, the coach facilitates a process that what answers the following:
    
1) What is important to me?
2) How can I achieve what is important to me?
3) What actions must I take to achieve my goal?
4) What if I encounter road blocks while I'm on my journey to achieving my goal?
5) Is this really possible to have the life I desire?

What Can I expect during the coaching process?
You can expect your life to move in a positive direction.  The coach will be your sounding board as well as a partner in guiding you in making good decisions.  You can also expect to gain clairity, confidence, balanced life, sense of purpose and better communication with yourself and others. Most importantly, you are guaranteed to know and feel that YOU MATTER in this world.

How does coaching work?
In the comfort of your own home or office, you will have deep and meaningful conversations with the coach over the phone on a agreed time each week.  Together you will devise a plan and implement it into your life.  Your coach will hold you accountable for your actions to achieve your desired goal. 

How long is the coaching process?
It all depends on how quickly you are willing and can accomplish your goal.  Typically, a coaching session runs about 50 to 55 mins per week for the duration of several months and may take up to a year depending on the goal and issues on hand.

Who benefits from coaching?
Coaching is for anyone who is committed to improving their lives by investing in developing the skills required to set and achieve goals. Investing in self development is one of the greatest gift one can give to yourself because YOU MATTER in life.

What is NLP?
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) is used for personal and business development. NLP is the practice of understanding how people organize their thinking, feeling, language and behavior to produce the results they do. NLP provides people with a methodology to model outstanding performances achieved by geniuses and leaders in their field.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a relaxation technique similar to meditation more like a "day dream".  It helps the mind to refocus on something else positive when there's no need for focusing on the negative.  It helps to change undesired behaviours and thinking by working with the subconscious mind.  Hypnosis can help you look at a situation in a completely different way.
